The financial report was sent through email with no significant changes since the last report. No newsletter update was available. AFTM is in immediate need of a website manager and a volunteer coordinator!!! Dan T will take over as membership coordinator with James’ help. Austin String Band Festival: Security person recommended by Rachel is no longer in the business. Action: Jeanne and Tim Call Hays Co for a quote for a police car and or police presence after Tim and Rachel talk concerning her friend who has quit formally providing security. Action: Angie, Dan, Jeanne Get logos from sponsors asap for publicity that will start immediately. Logos and line up are needed by Howard so he can start working on the art. Archie will provide sound for the festival. Jeanne is close with the lineup, having about 8 performer confirmations. Still looking for a caller. Volunteers are needed and we need someone to set up a management system for sign-up very soon. Action Jeanne Talk to Louie Bond about writing a blurb about the festival to print on cards to leave around places and hand out. KOOP discussion was on hold as we had no quorum for reaching decisions about money. Camp Jam at Camp Ben March 18, 19, 20. Reserved for $450.00, not yet paid.
